Your details stay with you

They're kept in your browser's own storage, and we can't see them:

• My Seoul: where you stay, the Korean address, door code, trip dates, flight, country and your note.
• Arrival card answers, including passport number and date of birth.
• Saved Show Cards and orders, checklist ticks, your day plan and your language.
• The short code of the video or link that brought you (like "e06"), and cached exchange rates.
• If you buy a Trip Pack: the key in your personal link.

Clear it any time: My Seoul → "Clear all my data on this phone", or clear this site's data in your browser.

The part of a link after # is never sent to any server. Passport number, date of birth, door code and your note are never put in the code. On the phone you choose Import, and the details are then removed from the address bar.

Emails are sent by Resend. Your record is kept in a private Vercel Blob store:

• Email address, language, the PDF you picked, and the page or video you came from.
• Your arrival date and whether you ticked "trip tips", only if you gave them.
• When you signed up and which tip emails are scheduled.

Tips come only if you tick the box: up to 4 emails before your trip, each with a one-tap unsubscribe that also cancels the scheduled ones. Your address may also be on our mailing list at Resend. We don't sell or share it. To delete your record completely, write to us.

The Concierge waitlist, "tell me when checkout opens" and the contact form are sent by Resend to our inbox, with your email as the reply address. We keep them only as long as we need to answer you.

Like every website, our host (Vercel) keeps short technical logs, such as IP address and page requested, to run and protect the site. Our own server code never logs your email address or messages.

• Google Fonts: the headline font, on every page.
• Naver Map: only when you tap to open a map.
• Frankfurter (European Central Bank rates): only when you turn on your own currency.
• Buttons to KakaoMap, Naver Map and official sites open those sites, under their own privacy policies.

Lemon Squeezy is our merchant of record and handles your card details; we never see your card number. We use your email to send your personal Trip Pack link, the PDF and updates. Checkout isn't open yet.
